As CEO, I want to share my vision for the future of our company and the idols we are honoured to support. At Blaise, I believe that every group and artist under our care has limitless potential. It is my goal to not only redefine the K-pop industry but also to create an environment where our idols feel empowered, heard, and truly valued.

One of the things I’ve observed in today’s entertainment world is a troubling pattern where the well-being of idols is sometimes overlooked, and their concerns go unheard. 

At Blaise, we do things differently. Here, our idols aren’t just performers; they’re individuals with voices that deserve to be listened to. We don’t see them as products but as talented people with dreams, ideas, and, yes, even struggles.

Open communication is the foundation of our company, and I want every artist to feel they can come to me with anything, whether it’s about their career, their mental health, or their personal growth. I am here to listen and support them every step of the way. Their voices matter, and I am committed to fostering an environment where they feel comfortable sharing openly.

This same approach extends to our amazing fans, I want you to know that your voices matter just as much. You are the lifeblood of our artists, and your input is incredibly important to me. Too often, fans feel disconnected from the very people they support, and that’s something I want to change if you ever feel that your favourite group is facing challenges that need to be addressed, or if you see areas where we can improve, I want you to feel welcome to share those thoughts with me. Together, we can ensure that every artist is given the best possible care and opportunities.

I’ve seen the impact of a system that prioritizes profits over people, and it’s clear that when artists are pushed to the side, their well-being suffers. But I’ve also seen the positive effects when idols are supported with care and respect, and that's what we aim to build. Blaise Entertainment is committed to ensuring our idols feel safe, supported, and valued—not just as entertainers, but as human beings.

Lastly, I want to address something important: before joining Blaise, our idols had their own lives and experiences. We recognize that, and we understand that the past is the past. Unless it involved something truly unacceptable or illegal, it’s not our focus. What matters is who they are today and the incredible future they’re building. At Blaise, we believe in the power of growth and second chances. Our goal is to empower our idols to shine as the best versions of themselves, not to dwell on who they used to be.

저는 블레이즈 엔터테인먼트 가족의 일원이 되어 정말 기쁩니다. 그리고 저희의 놀라운 그룹인 GEN PHOENIX와 함께 일하게 되어 더더욱 신이 납니다. 정말 미친 경험이에요!

이 친구들과 함께 음악을 만드는 것은 정말 즐거운 일입니다. 내가 "완벽한" 트랙을 만들었다고 생각할 때마다, 그들은 나를 항상 긴장하게 만들 방법을 찾아내요. “이렇게 하자, 우리가 쓴 가사의 일부는 건너뛰고 랜덤한 보컬 소리나 댄스 브레이크로 바꾸는 건 어때?” 또는 “비트를 좀 더 좋게 만들려면, 그냥 당신이 작업하는 동안 바꿔버리면 좋겠다!”라고 말하죠. 어, 진정한 스튜디오 환경은 누구에게 필요할까요? 이 모든 게 재미의 일부분이며, 이렇게 하는 걸 절대 바꾸고 싶지 않아요.

그들이 이렇게 편하게 농담을 주고받고 창의적으로 접근하는 모습이 정말 좋습니다. 우리는 모두 함께하고 있고, 가끔은 내가 이들의 장난에 뒤처지지 않으려고 애쓰고 있는 것 같아요! 어떤 사람들은 내가 여기서 사장인 줄 알겠지만, 사실 저는 그냥 날아다니는 간식과 즉흥적인 댄스 브레이크를 피하며 뭔가 질서를 유지하려고 애쓰는 사람일 뿐입니다.

하지만 진지하게 말하자면, 그들의 의견과 에너지를 진심으로 감사하게 생각합니다. 그들의 열정이 느껴지는 아티스트와 함께 일하는 것은 신선하고, 아이디어에 도전하는 걸 두려워하지 않는 모습이 너무 좋습니다. 다음에 우리가 만들게 될 음악이 정말 기대되고, 블레이즈에서 더 많은 재능 있는 그룹들과 작업하게 되기를 희망합니다.

Heyy everyone!

I’m thrilled to be part of the Blaise Entertainment family and even more excited to work with our amazing group, GEN PHOENIX. Let me tell you, it’s a wild! 

Creating music with these guys has been and will continue to be an absolute blast. Just when I think I’ve nailed the "perfect" track, they somehow find a way to keep me on my toes. They’ll be like, “Hey, how about we skip this part of the lyrics WE wrote and replace it with random vocal noises or a dance break?” Or, “You know what would make this beat even better? If we just, uh, changed it while you’re producing!” I mean, who needs a calm studio environment, right? It’s all part of the fun, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 

I love that they feel comfortable enough to joke around and get creative. We’re all in this together, and sometimes it feels like I’m just trying to keep up with their shenanigans! Some people might think I’m the boss here, but trust me, I’m really just the guy trying to maintain some semblance of order while dodging flying snacks and spontaneous dance breaks.

But on a serious note, I truly appreciate their input and energy. It’s refreshing to work with artists who are so passionate about their craft and aren’t afraid to challenge ideas. I can’t wait to see what we create next, and I’m looking forward to working with even more talented groups here at Blaise.

블레이즈 엔터테인먼트의 일원이 된 것은 첫날부터 재미있었습니다. 여기 모든 분들이 정말 친절하고 환영해 주셔서 좋습니다. GEN PHOENIX와 함께하는 것은 약간의 롤러코스터 같지만, 완전히 그럴 만한 가치가 있습니다.

매일 새로운 일이 항상 일어나고, 그들과 함께하는 동안 지루할 틈이 없습니다. 간식 누가 먹었는지에 대한 작은 다툼부터 기숙사에서의 대소동까지, GEN PHOENIX의 멤버들은 각자 독특한 매력을 가지고 있습니다.

그들의 매니저로 일하는 것은 정말 즐거운 일이며, 우리는 가끔씩 장난을 치기도 하지만 그 후에는 더욱 가까워집니다. GEN PHOENIX는 제가 갖지 못했던 가족과 같아서 그들과 함께 일할 수 있어 정말 행복합니다.

Hi everyone, it's very nice to meet you.

Being a part of Blaise Entertainment has been fun since day one. Everyone here is extremely nice and welcoming. Working with GEN PHOENIX is a bit of a rollercoaster, but completely worth it.

Everyday there is always something new going on and there is never a dull moment with them. Whether that be a small spat about who ate their snack or a full blown drama in the dorms. The members of GEN PHOENIX have their own quirks, every one of them unique in their own way. 

Being their manager is a blast as we all seem to get into a little bit of mischief every now and then, but come out the other end closer than before. GEN PHOENIX is like the family I never had and I'm extremely happy I get to work with them. 

Seriously though, working at Blaise Entertainment and being able to work with GEN PHOENIX is amazing. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. It really is like a big family here, where everyone is respected and comfortable.
